My client needs Data Entry Clerk . The incumbent will be responsible for assisting the team in performing loss draft and property damage requirements including processing documents, ordering and reviewing inspections, working loss draft queues and evaluating exceptions. This role supports borrowers and contractors by providing detailed information on how to progress a claim file, de-escalate calls and process complaints, and handle disbursement of claim funds.

What You Bring to The Job?
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in either customer service and/or a related professional work environment preferred .
  • Demonstrates strong ability to work independently and to adjust schedule to meet service standards.
  • Proven ability to remain focused in fast paced environment.
  • Proven ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient use of computer systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

You will be expected to:
  • Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing paper documents, email, calendar management, and word processing .
  • Handle claim files (locates/requests files, files paperwork, reconstructs missing files, moves misfiled documents, sends to other offices, etc.) .
  • Retrieve, print, fax, or mail supporting documentation to vendors or others as directed .
  • Receive, screen and route incoming telephone calls and other electronic correspondence s.
  • Generate and send appropriate forms to insured/claimants for completion .
  • Complete all necessary forms, logs documents into the system, and route them to the appropriate parties .
