We are seeking a reliable Remote Data Entry Typist to enter and update information in our digital systems. This is an easy, entry-level position focused on typing, checking documents for accuracy, and maintaining organized records. Training is usually provided, and tasks are repetitive and straightforward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Type and input data into spreadsheets, databases, or company software

  • Review typed information for spelling, formatting, or data errors

  • Compare data from different sources to ensure accuracy

  • Organize files and keep digital records updated

  • Follow simple guidelines for data formatting and file naming

  • Report any missing information to supervisors or team members

  • Perform basic clerical tasks as needed (sorting digital files, updating logs)


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Fast and accurate typing skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (email, documents, spreadsheets)
