Asia International, Inc. is a premier protein distributor based in San Francisco, with two offices in Orange County. We are family owned and proud to work closely with vendors, customers, and our internal team to provide the highest quality meat and the most trusted customer service. We are looking to add a new member to our Logistics team who is available to work 40 hours a week. Candidate must be able to work from 5:30am - 2:00pm. Candidate must also be able to perform warehouse duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Fast-paced, independent position which involves lifting, lowering, and carrying boxed meat to restaurants and markets that typically weigh 75 lbs.

· Delivery driver must have excellent customer interaction and driving skills

· Must have valid driver license issued within California
JOB DESCRIPTION

· Physically unloading and loading delivery trucks

· Deliver customer orders to restaurants and markets within established time frame

· Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors.

· Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

· Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

· Completes reports by entering required information.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Operate company power equipment in accordance to company policy and procedures.

· Operate company truck in accordance to company policy and procedures.

· Ensure customer delivery questions are accurately answered

· Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers

ADDITIONAL WAREHOUSE DUTIES:

· Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise

· Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards

· Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area

· Prepare parcels for mailing

REQUIREMENTS:
. Must be available to work Tuesday- Saturday between 5:30am - 3:00pm.

· 21+ years old

· Must have high school diploma or GED

· Excellent customer service skills

· 1+ years of paid driver experiences preferred

· Flexible work availability preferred

· Must have knowledge of Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego county and surrounding areas

· Excellent driving and mapping skills

· Must be able to drive in all weather conditions

· Ability to work safely and quickly in fast pace environment

· Clean driving record

· Neat and professional appearance required

· No visible tattoos of an offensive nature

· Well-trimmed facial hair on male drivers is acceptable

· Must have clear criminal record, driving record, and drug screen

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Frequent standing

· Able to work at cold temperatures in a refrigerated environment

· Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds

· Frequent maneuvering in and out of delivery truck.
