Boone Delivery located in Boone, NC is Watauga County's only locally owned and operated food delivery company. We are looking for delivery driver-partners to join our strong, local team. Our ideal candidates are self-driven, quick problem solvers, reliable and engaged with excellent customer service. We are partnered with over 40 locally owned restaurants & businesses and pride ourselves on keeping it local and building relationships within our local community.

WE CURRENTLY ARE HIRING FULL TIME & PART TIME DRIVERS!

Great part-time work for students or for those with full-time jobs looking for flexible side work or if your looking for full-time work with flexibility. Drivers are 1099 contracted employees.

• Delivery Fee Payments are weekly on Thursday (Drivers earn back 90%-95% of delivery fees). We have a fluctuating delivery fee that starts at $4.49. **Hourly Wage listed is an estimation based off a part-time driver's delivery fees after working only 10 hours in a week, tips were not included**
• Tips are cashed out at the end of each shift
• We compensates for No Tip Customers ensuring that our driver-partners always get a tip.

Both Day and Night Shifts are currently available.

• Morning/Lunch Shifts is 11 AM - 4:30 PM
• Dinner Shifts is 4:30 PM - Close (9:30-10)
• Dinner Rush options are 5 PM - Close or 5:30 PM - Close for those unable to start at 4:30 PM.

Uniform shirts & hoodies and equipment are provided by Boone Delivery.

Responsibilities Include:

• Drive vehicle to deliver goods to customers
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the city while adhering to a time schedule
• Maintain quality of orders from restaurant to customer
• Maintain relations with partnered restaurants and customers
• Maintain checked out equipment

Qualifications:

• Safe driving record - Pass a DMV Background check
• Valid & Current Driver's License & Insurance
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
• Experience in delivery driving a plus but is not required
