Delivery Driver – FedEx Ground (No CDL Required)

AB Delivery , a FedEx Ground contracted service provider, is seeking reliable and safety-focused  Delivery Drivers to join our growing team! No CDL required – just a great attitude and a clean driving record.

Job Details

• Location: 8650 Byers Road, Miamisburg, OH 45342
• Schedule: 5 days/week, must include 1 weekend day
• Start Pay: $155/day (Paid weekly)
• Training Pay: $120/day
• Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
• Deliver 80–150+ packages per day to residential and commercial addresses.
• Load and unload packages efficiently.
• Follow a GPS-based delivery route.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and FedEx safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate delivery records.
• Provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older .
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a  background check, drug test, and DOT physical .
• No felonies or misdemeanors accepted.
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs with or without equipment.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Delivery or driving experience preferred but not required.
