The Insurance Coordinator is responsible for the ongoing documentation requirements of new and existing patients insurance benefits verification to ensure accurate treatment estimates. Our team members are all crossed trained to every position the front team is responsible for, front desk, answering phones and making appointments, check in and out, patient and referring office relations, etc.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of dental benefits and breakdowns a plus
Proficient computer skills
