Sending an update on these roles. So far all of the candidates are not doing well on the interviews and seem to have problems either with questions surrounding how they handle automation of processes, questions on bots, and Python questions. There are 2 open roles right now. These are fairly exclusive to us. We can do between $50/hr C2C.
So far the manager has only been interviewing candidates that are local, if they are not in the Wilmington DE, Philadelphia or Southern NJ area he has not selected them for interviews. First round interview is MS Teams, second round is an onsite interview in Wilmington, DE (
NO exceptions to the onsite IV ).
The people need to be onsite 2 to 3 days a week and it is mandatory.
Looking for Developers profile with UiPath and Python is must. 3 days onsite in Wilmington, DE.
Nice to have PowerBI tool type experience.
- Develop and configure new automations & maintain existing bots using RPA UiPath with core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Also support and maintain production automations.
- Coordinate and support with offshore teams, and overall software production schedules and processing for assigned projects
- Assist in software development, coding, testing, debugging, test case development and unit testing, and implement bots into production
- Assist in the analysis and documentation of requirements, testing, RPA Runbook and other design artifacts
- Assist with the maintenance of documentation in the context of a change management process
