As a Digital Asset/Crypto Product Owner within PNC's Asset Management Group (AMG) organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Other PNC locations listed may also be considered.

Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

In this position you will:

• Lead agile crew(s) performing development work on crypto solutions
• Translate business requirements and business strategy into actionable agile stories
• Prioritize crypto development work backlog
• Coordinate with project managers, technology team, and controls partners for Change Governance
• Partner across organization to identify optimal integration points with digital tools, crypto

Preferred experience/skills include:

• Experience with blockchain or crypto-related legal and regulatory matters
• Experience supporting global product launches and navigating regulatory and compliance issues
• Strong familiarity with financial institution partnerships, including global banking institutions
• Proven ability to advise cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Background in fintech, crypto, or other emerging financial technologies
• Experience leading an agile crew/team

Job Description

  • Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value.
  • Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product based on business value.
  • Drives the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures the backlog is correctly prioritized based on business value.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.
  • Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients.
