Description:

We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist with a broad range of skills. This role requires a professional who can manage various marketing functions across multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, creative, and possess both technical and communication skills.

In this role, you will support the marketing and sales team by establishing and evaluating marketing strategies, creating digital campaigns, and developing social media content and sales materials. Your responsibilities include coordinating marketing projects such as maintaining company websites, e-commerce product pages, and assisting with planning of tradeshow activities. You will assist with project execution while adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines, manage influencer relationships, track budget information, and propose solutions for effective project implementation.

Main Key Responsibilities:

• Photo, Video and Graphic Content Creation: Creating engaging content for websites, social media, email marketing, and other marketing materials.
• Social Media Management: Managing social media presence, creating content calendars, and engaging with followers.
• Shopify Website Management: Updating website content, ensuring accuracy, and optimizing for user experience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Advertising
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms including Shopify, IG shopping, Google Shopping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with social media marketing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.
• Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, etc.
• Experience with META Ads Manager, Tiktok shop is a plus
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps

Work Environment:

• Requires sitting or standing for extended periods
• Requires frequent computer use
• Requires regular communications with others via phone, email, and in-person conversations

• Requires strict attention and adherence to deadlines
