About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation and demand for our products and services. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience, increase brand visibility, and support our ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Design and implement digital marketing strategies with a focus on lead generation and demand creation.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing) to drive traffic and boost conversions.
Lead Generation: Create and execute strategies to attract, nurture, and convert leads into customers.
Content Creation: Develop a content strategy, including writing and working with internal teams to produce engaging materials for distribution across relevant channels.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and service teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure a seamless lead handoff.
Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI).
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on lead and demand generation.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).
Expertise in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
