Job Description

The Director, HCM Integration will provide overall Product leadership to develop new integration capabilities that are easily deployable, scalable, and create excellent customer experiences for clients who utilize HCM platforms such as Workday, UKG, and Oracle. This role will work externally and across ARTs to ensure alignment of key capabilities across the life cycle of a case to create experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. * Develop and maintains the strategic technical roadmap of key capabilities to provide HCM integration support for leading platforms such as Workday, ADP, UKG and Oracle. * Stay informed of key HCM platforms in market to inform future service and integration offerings. * Develops a repeatable integration framework with IT to simplify the deployment of integrations with leading HCMs. * Provides Product leadership to agile development teams developing HCM integrations through the creation and prioritization of capabilities, features, and user stories to meet business objectives. * Coordinates cross ART dependencies with agile leaders across the enterprise to ensure features are properly delivered aligning to our technical roadmap. * Creates and maintains with internal and external stakeholders guides and technical instructions on how to deploy our integrations across all aspects of integrated HCMs. * Provides expertise during presale activities, assisting in RFP and finalize meetings as a subject matter expert. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Required: * HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree of equivalent experience preferred; technical degree preferred. * Group Benefits experience with a preference towards operations, IT, distribution, and HR technology roles. * Prior experience integrating with HCMs and/or Ben Admins via EDI and API for Policy, Eligibility and Absence/Leave data. Preference to candidates with prior Workday, ADP, Oracle and/or UKG experience. * Knowledge of core HR functions including benefits, absence, and payroll. * Preferred HCM and Agile certifications (SAFe, Workday PRO certified). * Experience leading in a matrix environment with direct and indirect accountability.
