About the role
As a Residential Outside Sales Rep at Koita Agency , you’ll combine warm/hot leads with territory canvassing to help homeowners choose the right {{product: internet/TV/mobile/energy/solar}} package. You’ll master a simple field process, track activity in our CRM, and close on-site.

You will

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods and visit scheduled warm/hot leads

• Perform brief needs assessment, run product demos, present pricing, close

• Own daily metrics: doors/visits, demos, closes; update CRM the same day

• Coordinate installs/activations and handoff to support when needed

• Join weekly in-office huddle for coaching, leaderboard, and territory planning

You bring

• Excellent face-to-face communication and resilience in the field

• Coachable mindset; you like scripts, objection handling, and repetition

• Ability to work a flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends)

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, smartphone with data plan

• Work authorization in the U.S.
