Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Drain Cleaning Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving drain issues, using a variety of tools and techniques to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Perform drain cleaning and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients.
• Inspect plumbing systems and diagnose problems.
• Utilize specialized equipment, such as drain snakes and hydro-jetters.
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining services and options to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plumbing or drain cleaning preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
