About Boxiecat
At Boxiecat, we're transforming the way pet owners care for their cats with premium litter solutions. Our company is passionate about innovative pet care, and we're looking for a highly motivated **E-Commerce Specialist** to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving our success across Amazon, Chewy, and other key e-commerce platforms.

Role Overview
The E-Commerce Specialist will own the day-to-day management and optimization of product detail pages (PDPs) on Amazon and Chewy, ensuring we're driving maximum visibility and conversions. You will manage A/B testing strategies, oversee buy box performance, and collaborate with Amazon's AVS team to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize ecommerce PDPs (Product Detail Pages), particularly but not limited to Amazon and Chewy, including setup, updates, and enhancements for titles, bullets, descriptions, and Premium A+ content.
  • Own A/B testing initiatives using Amazon's 'Manage Your Experiments' and other external platforms to improve conversion rates and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve Buy Box win rates and monitor related metrics.
  • Collaborate with Amazon's AVS team to manage case escalations, brand registry, and resolve issues that affect product performance.
  • Lead the planning and execution of promotions, coupon strategies, and participation in key Amazon sales events (e.g., Prime Day, Cyber Monday) to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines, including reviews of categories, product information, and referral fees.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ACoS, Buy Box wins) and generate insights to guide optimization and revenue-driving strategies.
  • Monitor competitive listings and pricing strategies to maintain market competitiveness.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, with a focus on Amazon and Chewy.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's A/B testing tools, Buy Box management, and promotion strategies.
  • Experience working with Amazon AVS teams and managing complex case resolutions.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective optimization of product listings and promotional strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
