**Ecommerce Support Specialist**

**Job Summary:**
The Ecommerce Support Specialist works with brand partners and customers to reach their Amazon and ecommerce PPC goals. This role is responsible for the execution and daily optimization of digital marketing campaigns, planning the launch and making adjustments in order to reach and exceed goals. The Specialist role reports to the Ecommerce Support Manager.
**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Learn philosophies related to Amazon selling, utilizing that information to optimize budgets and spend for brand partners and clients
* Analyze and manage pay-per-click campaign performance
* Work closely with managed accounts and internal teams to achieve goals
* Assist the marketing and support team with other brand partner and customer needs
* Work closely with the product team to identify growth opportunities
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, behavioral psychology or related field
* Experience and success with PPC campaigns and/or software-as-a-service marketing technology platforms
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
* Passionate about software, developing business and technology
* Previous experience selling on Amazon or other ecommerce platforms a plus
