We are looking for a motivated and driven Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. Ideal candidates will have sales experience and be willing to get licensed. We offer a base salary plus commission, with annual earnings potential of over $100,000. The annual expectations include $50,000 in commissions and $20,000 in bonuses.

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) Work Schedule

• Build strong rapport with clients to foster lasting relationships.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations to showcase product benefits.
• Participate in daily training sessions and ongoing development programs.
• Follow up on warm leads provided by the company.
• Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
• Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.

• Licensing Requirements: You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
• No previous insurance experience is required. Preferred candidate would have previous insurance experience.
• Motivated and driven with a passion for sales.
• Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
• Proactive and motivated individual who takes initiative without constant supervision.
• Driven by achieving personal and professional goals.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
