Genesis10 is currently seeking a IT Help Desk Analyst for a 5 month contract role in the healthcare industry in Eagan, MN. This role is 100% remote. Shifts: Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5 pm CST Monday-Friday: 9am-5:30 pm CST Position Overview: Daily Responsibilities/Job Description: • Resolve incidents and more complex work orders for our IT Users remotely through all intake methods. • Assist Incident Management and EOC with notification and resolution during system/application outages • Resolve work orders following documented steps and training • Other duties as assigned Interaction level with Management/Team Members: • Reports to a Supervisor or Manager in the Information Technology department/works closely with team to solve problems in a timely manner Skills Overview: Qualifications/years of experience: • HS diploma or GED is required • 1 year of service desk experience • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship Must Haves: 1. IT Customer Service experience 2. Ticket Tracking system experience 3. Strong written & verbal communications skills Technology Requirements: • Knowledge of commonly used IT concepts, practices, and procedures Success/Performance Metrics: Soft Skills Needed: • Strong written & verbal communications skills Best vs Average Worker: • 20 tickets per day Performance Measurements: • CSI - 85% Compensation: Hourly W2 pay: $16.00 to $18.00/hour We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
