We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the role of Entry-Level Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our charity initiatives.

As an Entry-Level Manager, you will lead efforts to create exceptional experiences for our charity partners and their supporters while developing your leadership skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide a team of entry-level associates in building meaningful relationships with community members and potential donors, ensuring memorable interactions that align with our mission.
• Collaborate with team members to develop tailored strategies that meet the needs of our charity partners, addressing service-related issues and enhancing overall satisfaction.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Manage day-to-day operations of fundraising events and outreach initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with best practices.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure exceptional client service and retention efforts.
• Stay informed about our programs, services, and industry trends to guide your team and maintain a competitive advantage in the charity sector.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar field is preferred, with at least some leadership or team-oriented experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding support to both clients and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Willingness to travel to our office located in Mobile
