What You'll Do

1. Build client relationships through outgoing communication, active listening, and trust-building.
2. Guide customers through the mortgage prequalification and application process with clarity and professionalism.
3. Handle challenging conversations with confidence, empathy, and situational awareness.
4. Apply critical-thinking skills to evaluate borrower needs, identify solutions, and overcome obstacles.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards throughout the loan process.
6. Collaborate with senior loan officers and underwriters to ensure smooth loan processing and positive client experiences.
7. Engage in outbound lead follow-up and manage an active sales pipeline.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience (required).
• Willingness to obtain your Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license within 2 weeks of your start date (company guidance provided).
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate tough conversations professionally.
• Resilience and a positive mindset in the face of challenges or rejection.
• Critical-thinking abilities with a solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
• High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
• Self-starter mentality with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
