LHH is looking for an Entry-Level Legal Paralegal for a law firm in Glendale, WI. They are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated person and this is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or those passionate about law to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.

  • Conduct legal research and compile case law, statutes, and regulations.

  • Manage and organize legal files, records, and case management databases.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions.

  • File legal documents with courts and regulatory agencies.

  • Assist with discovery processes, including reviewing and summarizing materials.

  • Support trial preparation by creating exhibits and organizing witness lists.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information.

  • Prior legal internship or related experience is a plus but not required.
