Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish)

What Youll Be Doing:

• Posting jobs and spreading the word on social media
• Recruiting and interviewing candidates for office and field roles
• Assisting with onboarding and welcoming new hires
• Building relationships with candidates, agencies, and the local community
• Helping keep the hiring process smooth, organized, and timely

What Were Looking For:

• High School Diploma (no college degree required)
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Great communicator with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
• Recruiting experience is helpful, but not required
