Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in data collection cleansing and preparation ensuring the integrity and reliability of datasets.
• Perform basic statistical analysis and create data visualizations to uncover key insights.
• Support senior analysts with project requirements research and documentation tasks.
• Maintain and update existing data dashboards to provide realtime insights for stakeholders.
• Document and present findings clearly to team members and management to facilitate decisionmaking.
• Stay curious and proactive in learning about new tools and techniques in data analysis.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience); coursework in data analysis is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Excel SQL or other data tools; familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse teams.
• No prior experience required but internships or coursework in data analysis are highly regarded.
