About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as an Sales/Customer Service Representative . This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to launch or advance a career in sales— no prior license required .
Unlike traditional sales, this role is 100% inside sales with all warm leads provided —no cold calling, no door-to-door prospecting. You’ll be speaking with individuals who have already expressed interest in insurance coverage and are ready to explore their options!
What You’ll Do
Contact and consult with warm leads who have requested insurance information.
Assess client needs and recommend customized coverage options (life, health, supplemental, etc.).
Guide clients through the application process with professionalism and care.
Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and client service.
Continuously learn and grow with ongoing sales training and support.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
No prior sales or insurance experience required – just bring the work ethic, and we’ll provide the rest.
Must be able to obtain state insurance license (company-assisted).
