Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and drafting. A couple of years handling uncontested probates
3. Active member of the state bar in good standing.
4. Proven experience as a paralegal or related role.
5. Excellent drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to estate planning.
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
8. Ability to manage a large caseload while maintaining a high level of productivity.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
11. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
12. Commitment to professional ethics and a customer-centered approach.
