Our client is looking for a rockstar Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our executive leadership team. This isn’t your standard calendar-and-emails type of role—this is about being the glue that keeps the organization running at top speed, anticipating needs before they arise, and creating leverage for our executives so they can focus on growth, strategy, and impact.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Support – Manage calendars, inboxes, and priorities with precision, ensuring executives are always one step ahead.
• Project Management – Drive key initiatives, track deliverables, and keep deadlines on point across multiple business units.
• Operations Excellence – Coordinate travel, meetings, events, and communications—executing seamlessly under pressure.
• Gatekeeping & Prioritization – Protect executive time by filtering, prioritizing, and problem-solving before issues escalate.
• Confidentiality & Trust – Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
• Culture Champion – Represent leadership with professionalism, positivity, and a solution-oriented mindset in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar high-level support role.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills—you thrive in chaos and create order.
• Proactive problem-solver who sees around corners and anticipates needs before being asked.
• Tech-savvy with expertise in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
• Grace under fire—you stay calm, resourceful, and solutions-focused even in high-pressure situations.
• A natural relationship builder who can interact confidently with executives, clients, and stakeholders.
