THE CLIENT

Our client is a real estate investment firm based in Manhattan's Financial District. This company prides itself on being a lively and positive environment. They value integrity, hard work, and professionalism.

THE ROLE

This is an exciting Executive Assistant role that will support senior leadership and oversee office operations. Based off of reception, this person's role is to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to…

  • Calendar management and meeting scheduling
  • Inbox management
  • Presentation and meeting material preparation
  • Office management duties (i.e. ordering supplies and organizing the kitchen)
  • Reception duties (i.e. ordering catering, answering phones, meeting and greeting)
  • Expense management
  • Light travel organization
  • Project management and ad hoc projects as needed

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be someone who is not only dedicated to the role, but adds to the company culture as well. This person will be organized, communicative, and adaptable.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience within financial services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

THE COMP/BENEFITS

  • Paying between $90-110k
  • Hybrid schedule, 4 days in the office
  • 9am-5pm
  • Great benefits including health insurance, 401k, etc.
