THE ROLE

This is an Executive Assistant / Project Manager role supports a small group of senior leaders within a high-impact internal team. The position requires a polished, proactive professional who can manage complex logistics while contributing to broader team initiatives. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing traditional EA responsibilities with light project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones
• Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including board-level scheduling and materials
• Serving as a liaison with senior leaders, industry peers, and company partners
• Organizing quarterly virtual roundtables with portfolio companies (20–30 participants)
• Handling domestic and international travel logistics, including transportation, lodging, and dining
• Screening and managing phone communications on behalf of executives
• Preparing and submitting expense reports, and reconciling monthly statements
• Maintaining CRM data entry and generating reports for internal presentations
• Tracking executive time allocation and project contributions
• Managing and updating executive contacts
• Providing backup support to other executive assistants
• Participating in ad hoc projects and firmwide initiatives

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and highly organized. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a high-performing environment and can seamlessly support multiple senior leaders. Discretion, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit are essential.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Background in private equity, investment firms, or similar high-caliber environments
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working closely with senior stakeholders
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base Salary: Up to $120K
• Schedule: Hybrid (Monday–Thursday in-office, Friday remote)
• Core Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility as needed
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including overtime eligibility, discretionary bonus, and daily lunch
