Insurance Federation is seeking a skilled and professional Administrative Assistant to support the leadership team.. This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and can hit the ground running.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-level administrative support to executive staff and board members
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Maintain organized records and handle confidential information with discretion
• Serve as a liaison between departments and external partners

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly to new environments
