Job Description

Currently looking for an experience Parts Counter associate for our growing automotive group. If you have a working knowledge of auto parts and repair coupled with exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you. Pay will be dependent upon experience!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide exceptional customer service
Ability to communicate with customers about parts and automotive repair.
Ensure proper Inventory levels and assist customers with special orders
Work with the service department to ensure customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
Superior customer service skills
Strong computer skills and willingness to
Fast, eager learner and team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer skills and willingness to learn new processes
Ability to multi task while remaining customer focused
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
