Located in the heart of NYC’s Garment District. YINAN is a ready-to-wear and couture collection that frames dressing as an act of self-empowerment. Founded by Anna Zhou in 2020, YINAN carries the designer’s given name, translating to “a precious piece of art.”

Exquisite materials, precise detailing, and meticulous craftsmanship define YINAN’s collections across ready-to-wear, accessories, and jewelry. Through bold, avant-garde proportions and nuanced explorations of identity and emotion, each piece is conceived as a study in narrative and form, articulating a modern vision of strength and intimacy.

We are inviting NYC-based, on-site fashion interns to join our Manhattan atelier in shaping a collection defined by intention, refinement, and artistry.

You’ll Gain:

• Immersive, hands-on experience in couture-level dressmaking
• Insight into collection development and design studio practice
• Direct involvement in Feb 2026 NYFW fashion show preparation and presentation
• Academic credit or portfolio-building experience

Requirements:

• A strong foundation in fashion design and styling
• Knowledge of textiles and garment construction
• Proficiency in sewing and meticulous attention to detail
• An understanding of aesthetics and proportion
• Highly organized, collaborative, and communicative
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with corsetry is a plus

• Unpaid: For credit or portfolio experience
• 2-3 days per week
• Start Date: ASAP
• NYC-BASED ONLY
