Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality food, service, and cleanliness standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast food or QSR.
• A hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Proven ability to motivate and retain employees.
• Strong business acumen and familiarity with P&L management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
