Fast Food Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations and should be prepared to tackle challenging tasks while fostering a positive work environment and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities included but limited to:
• Recruit and manage personnel, oversee inventory, handle the restaurant's finances, and coordinate all maintenance requirements.
• Build the restaurant team and drive sales while being accountable for profit and loss.
• Perform administrative functions.
• Capable of executing all restaurant functions to effectively supervise operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, establishing the standard for excellence in the restaurant.
• Administer disciplinary actions for team members.
• Develop marketing strategies to expand the brand.
• Provide quality guest service and monitor service levels throughout the restaurant.
• Must comply with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Associates degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with basic math proficiency.
• Preferred 3-5 years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred proficiency in POS systems.
• Physical stamina to endure long periods of standing and lift up to 25 pounds, with the ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop.
• Food Safety Certification or SERFSAF is preferred.
• Ability to effectively present information, changes, new objectives, and other topics to both large and small groups
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs
