3L Logistics Inc. in Sauget, IL., is seeking multiple delivery drivers to join our growing team (170+ employees)! We are a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, with multiple locations including Sauget (IL), Ottumwa (IA), Waterloo (IA), Rockford (IL), St. Louis (MO), Columbia (MO) and our newest location, Humboldt (TN)! Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, reliable, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a delivery vehicle to deliver goods to customers.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout city and rural areas while adhering to a time schedule.
• Load and unload goods to be delivered.
• Complete logs and reports.

Qualifications

• Must be age 21+
• Safe driving record
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a state and federal background check.
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug test.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Med Card.
• Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days of the week.

Starting compensation $18.50/hr, with a pathway to earn up to $20/hr within the first year, based on performance!
