The Diocese of Lake Charles is looking for a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Customer Support Specialist / Live Chat Agent to join our remote team. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and support to parishioners and visitors through various communication channels, including live chat and email. As the first point of contact, the ideal candidate should have a warm demeanor and a passion for helping others, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. This position requires a deep understanding of the Diocese's programs and services to offer accurate information and support.
