Front Office Administrator/Medical Assistant Receptionist and/or Surgery Scheduler (Newport Beach)

Full Time Position: Busy OB/GYN office in Newport Beach is looking for a front office administrator/scheduler to check in patients, answer phones, schedule patients, check out patients, and return phone calls, schedule procedures and surgeries. Excellent opportunity for recent Biology grads or similar degree looking for experience in the medical field.

Looking for:
1. Strong communication and organization skills, detail oriented
2. The ability to multitask effectively (phones, patients, orders) and maintain composure
3. Must be comfortable discussing financial information with patients and insurance Companies
4. Works well with others and ability to work independently
5. Interest in the medical field a strong plus
6. Excellent customer service skills required
7. Ability and willingness to be cross trained (front office, back office, etc)
8. Bilingual (in Spanish and English) a plus
9. Most importantly -- VERY friendly with our patients Must be extremely pleasant on the phone and in the office with our patients.

We are looking for someone highly motivated to learn and who is a quick learner. Position includes medical and retirement benefits after 90 days, for full time positions. Salary depending on experience. (POSITION - 35-40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.)
