Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including marketing materials, i.e. emails, sell sheets, social media graphics, website assets, ad hoc projects and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and execute design projects.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our visual content.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience using Asana for project management.
• Familiarity with Canva for quick design tasks and templates.
• Understanding of Pardot for email marketing and automation (training can be provided).
