About the Company:

A pioneering company at the intersection of technology, finance, and culture is seeking a seasoned General Counsel to join its executive leadership team. The company is building innovative solutions in the digital asset space, with a focus on empowering creators, investors, and communities through blockchain-based platforms and tokenized ecosystems.

Position Overview:

The General Counsel will serve as the chief legal strategist and advisor, overseeing all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. This role is ideal for a legal leader with deep expertise in digital asset management, cryptocurrency funds, and emerging financial technologies. You will play a critical role in shaping the company’s legal infrastructure and ensuring compliance in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise executive leadership on legal strategy, regulatory risk, and corporate governance.
• Lead legal oversight of digital asset offerings, tokenization strategies, and fund structures.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international securities laws, AML/KYC regulations, and other applicable frameworks.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial, investment, and partnership agreements.
• Manage intellectual property strategy and enforcement.
• Oversee external counsel and internal legal operations.
• Support strategic initiatives including fundraising, M&A, and global expansion.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house or law firm experience in digital assets, crypto funds, or fintech.
• Deep understanding of securities law, fund formation, and blockchain regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
