Job Description (Posting).

Position: Onsite Presales Network Presales Evangelist Job Description: The individual will be responsible for leading client engagements, RFP responses, developing service offerings and participate in pre-sales process including development of proposals and estimates. This role requires technically strong individuals with diverse Enterprise networking, Data Centre networking, Routing &switching competencies who is confident under pressure and has demonstrated these skills in large scale Network Infrastructure designs as well.
Also critical for this role is the need for understanding of Business development and identifying the relevant specific components and interfaces needed for putting a winning solution in front of customer.
Ability to spin up POCs and customer demos quickly based on customer requirements for next gen technologies will be an added advantage.
The individual must have solid understanding on design aspects across DC LAN, Campus LAN (and WLAN) and WAN technologies. Should be a “guru” & “SME” in understanding Network technologies should have exposure to some of these platforms as well. The role will require expertise in Cisco, VMWare, HPE Aruba, Infoblox, Riverbed and similar platforms and entails designing the solutions in cutting edge Network Technologies in SDN, SDWAN, wifi-6 platforms.
The candidate should have 12+ years or more of experience in Network technologies [ with at least 5+ years in network Presales]

Responsibilities

• This roles requires the candidates to work more on next-generation technologies like SDN, SD-WAN , Data Centre virtualization , Software defined data centers, Wi-Fi 6
• Knowledge on platforms like Cisco ACI, VMWare NSX, Cisco/Silver Peak/Fortinet / Versa SD-WAN, Cisco Nexus series, Arista DC offering, Aruba wireless etc. is must.
• Knowledge on DC network virtualization based on SDN controllers and virtual switches.

Knowledge & Experience

• Should have 20+ years of hands-on experience in Network technologies out which 5+ years minimum should be as Presales Head in previous organization.
• Senior roles in Network OEM / SI / Outsourcing companies
• Should possess industry certifications like CCNP or any other OEM certification.
  

Personal Attributes

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Presentation Skills & drive client facing presentations independently
• Lead client discussions and workshops
• Expert in Microsoft excel and power point
• Strong negotiation skills
• Willingness for international travel at a short notice.

Experience: At least 12 years in Networks (Data) Domain ( at least 5 years should be in Network Presales role )

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location,skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
