THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

This is a full cycle contract management position which requires knowledge and experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and FAR supplements and other Government contracting issues

This position is responsible for the successful management of all federal, state and local government contracts

This person will manage a variety of contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company procedures, applicable laws and government requirements

• Prepare proposals, both directly to the Government and to other prime contractors, including review and analysis of solicitations, terms and conditions.
• Work with contracts team concerning contractual terms and conditions. Comply with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and FAR supplements and other Government contracting issues.
• Identify risks and problems; propose solutions. Issue contractual correspondence including evaluating and respond to CPARS.
• Monitor FBO and GSA for bid opportunities and disseminates opportunities to teams.
• Attend meetings and briefings with all members of the Government team as well as Address complex procurement related matters and recommends solutions.
• Generate tracking reports such as the bid pipeline report and YoY analysis.
• Set the stage for work and collaboration with Client Consultants to locate, qualify, and contract with medical facilities; with physician recruiters who locate qualified physicians
