Salary: Commensurate with experience
Trinity Building and Designs a division of Douglas Brooke Legacy looking for a skid steer operator for residential Grading. Individuals MUST have a valid/clean driver's license and preferably 2 years of experience. Assist with additional labor duties on the site.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Skid Steer for pad builds, stucco grades, final grades, driveway cuts and culvert installs.
- Read and understand site plans.
- Skilled at setting up and operating rotary lasers to grade residential lots correctly.
Qualifications:
- Valid/Clean drivers license
- Operator experience: 2 plus yrs.
- Reliable transportation to work.
