 Graphic Design/Digital Production Artist Position Announcement  

Midwest Land Group is one of the fastest growing land real estate brokerages in the United States, connecting buyers and sellers of land - primarily hunting land, farmland, ranches, recreational properties, and investment properties - across a twelve state region in America’s heartland.

Based out of Leawood, Kansas, the Graphic Design/Digital Production Artist will assist in a broad range of graphic design and production art needs as part of a dynamic internal marketing team that serves the brokerage’s agents and internal stakeholders.

This is a full-time position that will be based out of our office in Leawood, KS and will report to the Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting agents and seller clients through the creation, production, and publishing of digital and print marketing materials
• Providing graphic and content support for social media channels
• Contribute to advertising campaign development and production
• Ensure all marketing materials are within brand standard and exceed industry expectations

The Graphic Designer/Digital Production Artist will take responsibility for daily management and execution of projects associated with: 

• Production of marketing collateral such as digital display, property listings, flyers, print advertisements, outdoor boards, etc.
• Assist in the concepting and development of brand campaigns, creative initiatives and other projects
• Support agent and employees through the hiring process by producing onboarding materials and collateral (ex. business card files, webpages, etc.) 
• Communicating directly with agents on a regular basis
• Sizing, formatting and preparing digital and print files for trafficking and final upload
• Creation of social media content in support of the Social Media Manager

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in visual arts, design, or a related field
• A qualification in graphic design is a plus 
• Proven work experience as a production artist, graphic designer or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Design software including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
• Working knowledge of CMS and email and web marketing tools such as WordPress and Mailchimp
• Basic knowledge of web development software including HTML5 and Adobe After Effects. 
• Experience with digital content such as social media, online advertising and email campaigns
• Experience/portfolio examples of outdoor photography is a plus
• Experience with video and video editing a plus 
• Strong creative, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects at a time
• Meet short deadlines and quick turnarounds
