Job Description

Our client in Ada, MI, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be part of the Marketing/Communications department supporting various creative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for design which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Graphic Designer - Part-time (Hybrid)

Location: Ada, MI

Pay Range: $42/hr. approximately 20 hours/week

What's the Job?

• Conceives, designs, lays out, and coordinates illustrations and creative artwork.
• Develops digital design assets for web, social media, and email campaigns.
• Designs print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
• Collaborates with the Creative Director and project leads to conceptualize designs.
• Manages digital files and conducts quality control checks on design assets.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills.
• Familiarity with current design trends, digital media, and typography.
• Experience in preparing files for print production, including knowledge of print processes, file formats, and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
