SerCo Realty Group is looking for a hard-working and motivated person to perform renovations at our various properties. Your role will help assist our maintenance department in supporting our tenants’ apartments as well as the grounds and associated community spaces. We pride ourselves in providing our tenants with safe, well-kept and proper places to live.

Responsibilities:

• Vacant unit maintenance, renovation and touch ups
• General common area and building maintenance
• Plumbing and electrical knowledge preferred
• Complete drywall, tapping, mudding, priming and painting
• Undertake installations and small carpentry
• Respond to requests from property manager as needed

Requirements:

• 3 + years of experience in renovations
• Excellent capabilities with common hand and power tools
• Ability to communicate well with property management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain focus while working individually
• Valid “G” license with drivers abstract
• MOL Health and Safety Awareness 4 Steps Certificate
