We’re looking for a Revenue Manager to join the iconic Hard Rock Hotel Malta and take the lead in optimising pricing, inventory and distribution. Your Mission As our Revenue Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the hotel’s revenue strategy across rooms, suites, restaurants and events. You’ll turn data into insights, shape pricing decisions and ensure every channel is performing at its best…all while keeping the Hard Rock vibe alive. What You’ll Do Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR Monitor demand trends, competitor performance and market dynamics to adjust pricing in real-time Manage inventory and distribution across all channels (direct, OTA, GDS, brand.com) Provide daily, weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and performance reports Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Reservations teams to align on strategy and promotions Lead revenue meetings, sharing insights and opportunities with management Ensure systems and tools (PMS, RMS, CRS) are fully leveraged for optimal results What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience in revenue management within hotels or resorts (multi-property experience is a plus) Strong analytical and commercial acumen with proven track record of delivering results Expertise in revenue management systems, PMS and channel managers (Opera or similar) Exceptional communication and influencing skills to work cross-functionally Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus) Data-driven, detail-oriented and always looking ahead to spot trends and opportunities Energetic, proactive and aligned with the bold Hard Rock spirit What’s On the Table A key leadership role in one of Malta’s most exciting hotel openings A dynamic forward-thinking culture where innovation is valued Competitive salary + performance bonus Career growth opportunities Make It Happen If you’re ready to rock the numbers, set the strategy, and maximise performance, apply now and be part of the Hard Rock Hotel Malta success story. #J-18808-Ljbffr LifeStyle Group
