An international health system is looking for a Healthcare Regulatory Counsel to support their legal team. The Healthcare Regulatory Counsel will be responsible for:

• Composing responses, applications, and notices for third party submission.
• Drafting and reviewing a wide variety of agreements related to operational issues.
• Provide legal analysis on compliance matters, investigations, and claims.
• Delivering timely and accurate regulatory compliance guidance connected to clinical operations and activities.
• Working collaboratively with legal teams to ensure professional delivery of legal services.

The Healthcare Regulatory Counsel should have the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor Degree Required.

• License to pratice law in Texas.

• 2-4 years of regulatory healthcare experience in a law firm or in-house settings.

• Familiarity with key legal and regulatory frameworks governing healthcare institutions and clinical operations.
