Provide application support to agency users.

Note: Candidate will initially need to work onsite 5 days/week. Eventually, this will transition to a hybrid model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented contractor to support our users. Training will be provided for CRM Dynamics 365 User Assistance. The ideal candidate will have help desk experience and a strong background in CRM Dynamics 365, assisting users with daily operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide first-line support for CRM Dynamics 365 users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
2. Assist users with portal renewal registrations, ensuring smooth processing.
3. Maintain professionalism and positive communication with users.
4. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and resolve issues.
5. Document interactions and resolutions to contribute to the knowledge base.
6. Prioritize and manage multiple requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7. Conduct basic training sessions on CRM functionalities.
8. Demonstrate independence in problem-solving and teamwork.
9. Resolve help desk tickets related to computer and user issues.

Qualifications:

1. Help desk experience, preferably in a CRM environment.
2. Familiarity with CRM Dynamics 365 and its functionalities.
3. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic setting.
7. Friendly, responsible attitude and commitment to user support.
8. Background in Windows 11, including system navigation and troubleshooting.
9. Experience with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
