We are immediately hiring a registered nurse / RN for a client in Saratoga Springs. The shifts needed: Sunday 9am - 3pm, and Friday and Saturday nights 11pm - 7am. The client is SCI and HCP. He has spasms in lower extremities and skin breakdown. Cares would be G-tube feedings, med management, straight cathing, bowel care, transferring, rotating to prevent skin breakdown, weight management (he's very thin), and all ADL's. $45/hour for RN. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be comfortable with a hoyer lift.
