About the RoleAs the Hostess , you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they walk through the door. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience? No problem! We’re happy to welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn.
What You’ll Be DoingHere’s a glimpse of what your day-to-day might look like: - Greeting guests with a warm and friendly smile as they arrive. - Managing seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow. - Taking reservations and maintaining an organized waitlist when needed. - Answering guest inquiries about the café and menu offerings. - Assisting the team with creating a positive and welcoming environment.
