POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for Full-Time and Part-Time, friendly, compassionate, team players to join our housekeeping team!

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Tahoe Ridge Resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our resort, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean assigned areas of the resort, including guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more
• Remove soiled linens, towels, and trash from guest rooms
• Make beds, replenish amenities, mop/vacuum floors, and clean all surfaces and furniture in guest rooms
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all guests
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
• Background check and proof of employment eligibility required
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform
• Preferred: Housekeeping or laundry experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, hotel operations, healthcare)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $15 - $18
