Job Title: HR & Operations Intern Location: Sector 67, Gurgaon Duration: 2–3 Months Stipend: 10,000 – 15,000 per month About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic HR & Operations Interns who are eager to learn and contribute to our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure in HR functions and operational activities, and are available to join immediately. Responsibilities:- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.- Support day-to-day office operations and coordination.- Help in onboarding and induction activities.- Assist in drafting HR policies, reports, and presentations.- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations. Requirements:- Graduate/Final-year student pursuing MBA/BBA/HR/Operations (preferred).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- Immediate availability to join.
